     Do you like cheese?  Yes?  Then this is the place for you! Some of the most exotic and delicious cheeses for sale and for tasting in the bistro. 

     As part of an ongoing education in what we eat and why we eat it, each visitor to Caseus will explore the zealous pursuit of pleasure in dining by learning the rich history and flavor of artisan food. This one-of-a-kind store offers a varied selection of over 100 unique artisan cheeses, gourmet dry goods, spices, olive oils and preserves from local small producers and the world's most gastronomically significant countries. Coffees, teas, and hard-to-find ingredients will be available for take away service, as well as distinctive panini, prepared epicurean salads, and locally-made baked goods for customers of varied culinary interests. Only the finest cheeses aged professionally in special "cave" facilities offered, along with knowledge and passion for each product.
