The Eli Whitney Museum and Workshop is an experimental learning workshop for students, teachers, and families. We collect, interpret, and teach experiments that are the roots of design and invention.

Ralph Schwartz is an award winning pastelist who specializes in Plein air and does oils of Yale 's architechture; Sharon Morgio is a watercolorist using vibrant colors to capture nature and Yale's architectural detail; Laurie Marchessault creates portraits and unique still life; Margret Ulecka-Wilson is a potter who is currently delving into organic forms; Regina M. Thomas does multi-layered collage/ mixed media that are not reality based, getting inspiration from the world around her.
