- Fall Installment – November 1–14, 2026
Participation is required for both 2026 promotional periods.
Participation Fees
The $1,000 participation fee covers both the spring and fall 2026 installments.
Of the total fee:
- $800 is allocated toward the coordinated citywide marketing campaign, including creative development, advertising, digital promotion, public relations, and placement on the official Restaurant Week pages hosted on InfoNewHaven.com.
- $200 is designated as a donation to Connecticut Foodshare, tied to the Fall 2026 installment.
Participation fees are due in full by March 1, 2026 and are non-refundable.
2026 Pricing Structure
Participating restaurants must offer prix fixe menus at the established price points:

Restaurants may select one of the designated dinner price tiers. Established pricing must be honored throughout the full promotional period. Tax, gratuity, beverages, and supplemental charges must be clearly disclosed.

Restaurant Week menus must:

- Be accessible via a direct webpage URL
- Not rely solely on social media platforms
- Clearly reflect Restaurant Week pricing and menu inclusions
Market New Haven will link directly to each restaurant’s published menu from the official New Haven Restaurant Week page. Restaurants are responsible for ensuring menu accuracy and timely updates.
Participation Standards
To participate, restaurants must:
- Operate as a full-service dining establishment located in New Haven
- Offer a qualifying prix fixe menu at the established Restaurant Week price points
- Make the Restaurant Week menu available throughout the full promotional dates
Participation signifies agreement to the established pricing structure, promotional calendar, and published standards for the 2026 program year.
Program Integrity
